Engagement model · Delivery & pricing philosophy

You always know the price, the milestone, and what happens next.

Corelynx is not a time-and-materials shop. Whether we are building your MVP, rebuilding your CRM, or deploying AI, every engagement follows the same four-layer stack: fixed-fee diagnostics, milestone-billed builds, and retainers that compound. Published ranges below — because a partner should not make you ask.

Direct answer · How is Corelynx pricing structured?

Four engagement layers: Diagnose is fixed-scope (\$7,500–\$20,000), Build is milestone-based (\$35,000–\$250,000), Operate is a monthly retainer (\$4,000–\$15,000), and Multiply covers AI agent fleet management (\$2,000–\$8,000/month) — every build carries a 90-day measurable-outcome guarantee.

Direct answer · How does Corelynx structure engagements?

Every engagement — MVP build, product development, CRM program, Salesforce work, or AI transformation — follows a four-layer model: a fixed-scope Diagnose phase establishes evidence and a roadmap; a milestone-based Build phase ships the system; an Operate retainer keeps it healthy and improving; and a Multiply layer scales AI and product capability. You enter at Layer 1 and ascend only when the previous layer has proven its value.

The four-layer stack

Diagnose → Build → Operate → Multiply.

The audit reveals problems; the roadmap becomes the build proposal; the build creates the system; the retainers keep it compounding. Each layer earns the next — nothing is sold on faith.

Layer 01Diagnose

Product & Systems Audit

A fixed-scope, decision-grade assessment of whatever you bring us: an MVP concept, a stalled build, a CRM and revenue engine, a Salesforce org, or an AI ambition — scored with evidence and returned as a 90-day roadmap with real costs.

Pricing philosophy

Retainer-first. Outcome-priced. Inspectable.

Retainers are the highest-leverage structure in consulting — predictable for you, compounding for the relationship. At maturity, Corelynx targets 60–70% of its revenue from managed retainers, with project work feeding new retainer clients rather than replacing them. Fixed-fee and milestone pricing means AI-compressed delivery time is our efficiency to earn, not hours to bill you for.

  • Fixed-scope diagnostics — price known before day one
  • Milestone-based builds — pay on delivered checkpoints, not elapsed time
  • Monthly retainers with 30-day notice — value re-earned every month
  • Every project ends with a retainer proposal — "what happens after" is designed, not improvised
The Revenue Intelligence Guarantee

A public bet no Big 4 firm will match.

We guarantee a measurable improvement in your pipeline accuracy, CRM data quality, or AI agent ROI within 90 days of a Build engagement — or we refund 50% of our fee. We can make that bet because we baseline before we promise, and we don't take engagements where we can't deliver.

Dual-shore delivery

Strategy, architecture, and senior client leadership from our California headquarters; build and managed-service execution from our Kolkata delivery center. Boutique pricing with enterprise-level team depth — a structure solo consultants can't replicate and Big 4 overhead can't match.

Your first 14 days

Here is exactly what happens after you say go.

No mystery phase. The Diagnose sprint runs the same disciplined two weeks whether the subject is an MVP concept or a ten-year-old Salesforce org.

DAYS 1–2

Kickoff & access

Working session with your leadership, system access, and the audit plan locked. You meet the senior team doing the work — not a sales layer.

DAYS 3–8

Evidence gathering

Code, data, process, and stakeholder review — scored against benchmarks, not opinions. Interim findings shared as we go; nothing saved for a reveal.

DAYS 9–12

Roadmap & real costs

Findings become a sequenced 90-day roadmap with milestone pricing — the document you could hand to any vendor, including not-us.

DAYS 13–14

Decision session

A working readout with your team: what to do, in what order, at what cost, with what expected outcome. Then you decide — with zero obligation to continue.

Micro-consulting sprints

Not ready for a program? Borrow our judgment for a week.

Focused, fixed-fee engagements — from $1,500 to $5,000 — when you need senior answers, not a full build. Each ends with a written recommendation you own.

SPRINT · PRODUCT

Product & concept validation

One week of structured pressure-testing: problem evidence, scope cut, build-vs-buy, and an honest go / fix-first / no-go verdict on your product or MVP concept.

SPRINT · SALESFORCE

Salesforce decision support

A senior second opinion before you sign anything: license and edition sanity check, vendor proposal review, Agentforce fit, or a rescue-vs-rebuild verdict on your org.

SPRINT · ARCHITECTURE

Architecture & stack review

Your system or your vendor plan reviewed by architects who have shipped at enterprise scale — risks ranked, quick wins identified, decisions documented.

Engagement FAQ

The mechanics, on the record.

Hourly billing rewards slowness and punishes efficiency. Fixed-fee and milestone pricing align incentives: AI-augmented delivery that compresses a 400-hour project to 150 hours is our margin to earn and your speed to enjoy — you pay for the outcome, not the clock.

Compounding. Operate-layer value builds month over month — governance holds, data quality improves, agents get tuned. Shorter horizons re-litigate the relationship before the curve bends. After six months, everything runs monthly with 30-day notice.

Builds without a diagnostic are how the industry produces expensive rework, so Layer 1 is nearly always first — it's two weeks and it de-risks everything after. Operate retainers on systems we didn't build start with a compressed audit for the same reason.

Before a Build engagement starts, we agree on the baseline metric and the measurement method. At 90 days post-delivery, the metric is inspected against baseline. Improvement: engagement continues as planned. No improvement: 50% of the build fee is refunded. It has to be this mechanical to be credible.

Fixed-fee, one-to-two-week engagements ($1,500–$5,000) for a specific decision: product or concept validation, a Salesforce proposal review, or an architecture second opinion. You get a written, senior-authored recommendation — and no obligation to go further.

You do — architecture, documentation, agent designs, operating knowledge, all of it. The switching cost that keeps clients with Corelynx should be the quality of the work, not a hostage situation.
